This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering impactful training programs tailored to needs of the business units within Zycus. The person in this role will be involved in content design and development including curation - especially for online/ self-guided learning, establishment of corresponding learning outcomes, and assessment tools to ensure training effectiveness.
Principle accountabilities:
· Work with L&D Lead, stakeholders, SMEs, learning SPOCS to conduct regular training needs identification and analysis using relevant training diagnosis & analysis tools
· Design and develop small to mid-scale learning programs with success indicators, feedback channels, assessments, wherever applicable
· Work on multiple content design, curation and delivery for various target audiences within Zycus including new joiners, campus freshers, managers, and other roles
· Deploy various methods of content delivery to best suit the virtual work environment and facilitate effective virtual learning
· Ensure effective communications and training logistics for all L&D/ OD interventions including sending invites, promotion mailers, scheduling training sessions, nominations, uploading & assigning content and learners to internal LMS platform
· Maintain and act as admin for learning management system and other third-party systems used for L&D purpose within Zycus
· Deliver exceptional training/ learning sessions, wherever required, ensuring high recall value and, is engaging for any given target audience
· Accurately maintain all training data and prepare periodic L&D reports with insights that aid in continuous improvement of L&D strategies
· Work with L&D/ OD lead on other org-wide related people interventions such as key performer and high potential identification and development
· Work with stakeholders on functional and technical training requirements and support with vendor sourcing, evaluating, and closure of the appropriate training solutions
Skils and Expereince Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (essential)
· Min. 3 – 5 years of proven experience in designing, developing & delivering L&D programs (essential)
· Experience of facilitating multi-day, live training sessions; online or classroom (essential)
· Broad knowledge of training techniques, methods, theories, training aids, and programs (essential)
· Working knowledge of e-learning tools, learning management systems / learner experience platforms (essential)
· Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS office tools (essential)
· Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (essential)
· Ability to work in an agile environment and use agile approaches to deliver projects undertaken
· Seeks to bring in innovation in their work
· Should have knowledge and experience in Video editing tools (desired)
