Job Description
Zycus is looking for a Manager - GTM Marketing for Certinal, our digital signature product. Certinal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zycus. As a Manager - Demand Generation, you will leverage your understanding of the product, market and use cases to enable the company to sell better and faster. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth through various digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

What Youʼll Do:

Demand Generation:
  • Understand the nuances of each market, and develop market specific content & digital marketing plan to build awareness, interest and consideration.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing
  • Execution of large scale digital campaigns (google search and google display, LinkedIN)
  • Generate relevant content covering whitepapers, e-books, case studies, blogs, research reports etc.
  • 50% digital marketing campaigns + 50% content creation - experience is mandatory for the role
  • Create and implement content marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives to attract, engage, and retain target audiences.
  • Develop key partnerships with third parties like industry bodies, technology partners., knowledge partners for running joint marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform campaign optimization
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and analytics, to develop and implement strategies that drive ROI
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing/ organizing round-tables & events (ground events / webinar, either own or 3rd party to generate)
  • Optimize campaigns to maintain channel efficiency
  • Identify new channels for developing pipeline
  • Build competitive intelligence, and create shadow marketing programs

Team Work & Collaboration
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather knowledge sources for working on all content and demand generation activities
  • External vendor and partner management wherever required
  • Engaging with industry influencers and creating a strong network of thought leaders
Job Requirement
What are we Looking For:
  • A great leader who can make a big impact and lead the growth of our business
  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (Growth/ Go to Market) with deep understanding and experience in building a pipeline in European markets
  • Ability to bring in creativity to the role, while also being deeply data-driven and analytical in approach. Well-versed with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Astute analytical ability – should have a natural flair for working with large data sets, and identify trends and patterns to enable data-driven decision-making. Should be an MBA graduate from a Tier I B-School
