Job Description
As an ESG Solutions Consultant at Lythouse (a division of Zycus), you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing expert guidance and support to potential clients during the sales process. You will work closely with sales representatives to understand client needs, demonstrate the value of our ESG software solutions, and help secure new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with potential clients, understand their ESG objectives, and uncover their specific challenges and requirements.
  2. Solution Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lythouse's ESG software solutions, tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  3. Solution Design: Work closely with prospects to assess their existing processes and systems, and recommend customized solutions that address their unique needs and goals.
  4. Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of Lythouse's ESG software solutions, highlighting key features, benefits, and return on investment.
  5. Proof of Concept: Develop and deliver proof of concept (POC) demonstrations and pilot projects to validate the effectiveness of our solutions and build trust with prospects.
  6. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Lythouse's ESG software, providing insights into industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  7. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, implementation, and customer success, to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment of customer expectations.
  8. Proposal Support: Assist sales representatives in developing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral, providing technical expertise and insights as needed.
Job Requirement
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales consulting, solution engineering, or related roles, preferably in the sustainability or software industry.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp and demonstrate software solutions.
  • Experience with      CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.
